There will be no impact to IVMS Users during this window. All systems including IVMS, Aspera and FTP will be active during this time frame. This will not affect currently published videos. All IDC customers who use AT&T DNS resolvers We do not anticipate any impact as a result of the redundant nature of the architecture. The secondary DNS resolver located in our Atlanta, GA (ATL1) IDC will be up and functioning throughout the window. However, there is always a degree of risk with any change and we recommend that the necessary precautions are taken to ensure your configuration makes use of this redundancy.
